Event The second party hereby agrees to participate in the Jewellery & Bride Arabia event organized by the first party dated 10, 11, 12, 13 May 2024 in the city of Dubai and accepts the deliverables mentioned in the official exhibitor’s proposal as forward as well as mentioned in this contract. 2. Communication The official form of communication between the parties is through email. All information and updates shall be sent to the official email address provided by the second party. 3. Marketing Material & Promotions The second party gives the right to use the brand’s logo, photos, videos, and other marketing materials for further promotion by the first party. The second party will not be allowed to use official photographs from the event to any of the first party’s competitor events. The first party reserves all rights on the images from JBA. The Second Party agrees to post the event poster on their Social Media and tag the event page @jewellerybridearabia #JBA #jewellerybridearabia. 4. General Terms and Conditions 5% Tax is applicable for all the packages. Other cities' taxes will be as per the country's rules and regulations. Once the signed agreement is received by the first party from the second party, the first party will issue an invoice to the second party to be settled. The first party reserves the right to release reserved slots if the second party fails to comply with the payment schedule. The second party shall not in any case disclose the amount paid for the event for confidentiality reasons. The first party shall have the right to cancel the second party's participation without issuing a refund in such cases. In case the second party is sponsored by another third party, complete details of the third party sponsor with an official sponsorship letter shall be submitted to the first party. Payments are to be made only in the company account (The Opulence Events LLC). No cash payments should be given to any person dealing on behalf of the first party. Payments are accepted in USD or AED only. In case of non-payment after signing the contract, the legal implication can be imposed on the second party by the first party. The second-party brand promotions on social media or any articles in media are to start only after full payment is received by the first party. The second party is fully responsible for the items/products displayed in the event. The first party shall not be deemed responsible in any case of stolen or missing items. The sale of the items/products displayed in the event will solely be the responsibility of the second party. The first party shall not be held responsible for such. The second party shall be responsible for any damages brought to the premises. The second party cannot, in any way, sublet the reserved show, slot, or exhibition stand to any other party unless otherwise approved by the first party, and the price will differ. Double-story booths are not allowed by default and require special permission from the first party at a different price. The standard price is applicable only for single-story booths. The first party is providing a trade & public platform for all jewellery brands and is committed to do all kinds of marketing to bring appropriate attendees to the event. The sale of products at the exhibition is the whole and sole responsibility of the second party. The floor plan received by the second party may be subjected to modification to suit construction purposes. The booth numbers will be changed in the final floor plan. 5. Cancellation No cancellation policy applies once the participation agreement is signed. The Opulence Events LLC Dubai holds a strict, no-cancellation policy, the full contract value must be paid by the second party and there is no refund policy. In any case of unforeseen events, government announcements, natural calamities, and force majori, the first party can reschedule the event to another date following the no refund policy. NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTThis contract is confidential, the second party agrees not to disclose the terms and conditions of the contract to any third party.The second party is restricted from sharing or discussing the special terms with fellow exhibitors, in this case, the second party will be disqualified from the event and will not be able to join the upcoming mega shows. This advance payment shall be due and payable within 15 days of signing this contract. This advance will be credited towards the final payment for the next year's exhibition. If the second party is unable to make the advance payment within the specified timeframe, all discounts granted under this agreement, including the current year (2024), will be disabled. The second party shall then be liable for the full exhibition space fee without any applied discounts.EXCLUSIONS FROM SEASONAL PROMOTIONS/ DISCOUNTSThe second party acknowledges and agrees that this two-year booking option is not eligible for any seasonal promotions or discounts offered by the first party.
